MRT Preview: BHF / 3North / Watershed Architects // Eicher Residence

This month's Modern Richmond Tour of the Eicher Residence in the near West End will center around a simple enough question: can you build an "affordable modern" home?  Ahead of the event, 3North and Watershed Architects have graciously shared a peek into the design process.  Come out and join us for the conversation.

The design is attributed to 3north and Watershed Architects, with David Day as Project Architect.  The home was featured in the book Great Houses on a Budget published in 2008.

Special thanks to the Eichers for opening their home to Modern Richmond Tour, and for sharing their story.  We'll see you Wednesday evening.

Conceivably, architects of houses design rooms to help the individuals who will live in the house. Such designing, known as interior design, has turned into a famous subject in universities.

I did not know how to make such a 3D layout! Necessarily need an education designer or engineer, that would create such projections correctly and give work to the builders!
